You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. If 30 days have elapsed since your package was marked delivered by the courier, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

We stand behind our products. Return shipping is  Free. We do not charge restocking fees, administrative fees, or return processing penalties. We will provide a prepaid shipping label via email once your return request is approved.

3. Return Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a successful return and full refund, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original, unaltered condition, unworn or unused, with all original tags attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging (including boxes, manuals, and protective wrapping).
  • You must provide the original proof of purchase or order number associated with your account.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Please follow these simple steps to return your product:

  2. If your return meets our eligibility criteria, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with explicit instructions on how and where to drop off your package.
  3. Print the prepaid label, securely attach it to the original package, and hand it over to the designated shipping carrier. Please note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your return shipment is received at our inspection facility, we will inspect the item within 2 business days and notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval & Execution: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
  • Refund Window: The funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing days to post the transaction to your statement.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or completely incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will swiftly evaluate the issue, waive any requirements, and send an immediate replacement or issue a full refund at zero cost to you.
